When Strutt Studios and Scope Projects approached us to furnish the space for AMP, we were excited to produce a creative, polished and accommodating space for this tenancy.
Gorgeous design met with peak functionality in this character-filled project, and as with all our Sydney office furniture projects, we brought our A-game.
Here, we share what it took to get it right.
The Clients Brief
As with most of our projects, it all started with a detailed brief from Strutt Studios. Through a consultation process, we discussed the areas requiring furnishing and the specific pieces needed. From chairs and desks for an open plan format workspace, every corner of the commercial space was covered and carefully planned.
The designer expressed a desire to create neutral workstations and charming common areas for breaks – filled with modern furniture, clean lines and homely colours.
Challenges That We Encountered In The Process & How We Overcame Them
As with every project, there were a few obstacles that we encountered. None of them were beyond our abilities, so we managed to achieve the goal.
While the AMP office wasn’t small, it required strategic spatial planning to get the best use out of it. Strutt Studios design allowed us to manufacture creative furniture while budgets for the speculative fitout where maintained.
Our Team’s Approach To The Project
We adopt an open-minded approach to projects, which means while we offer advice, planning and installation, we also honour the designers vision and make it the cornerstone of the project
The Result
For AMP St Leonards speculative fitout, an office with simple features, neutral work areas, welcoming break out areas and warm-coloured furniture was exactly what they’d envisioned.

- Oak Melody Planter Boxes (for a feel of nature)
